Refreshing Blueberry Smoothie

This is truly one of my favorite breakfasts. It’s the kind of dish I often make on the weekends when I’m home because it doesn’t require much thought, yet the end result is always delicious. It’s a great dish to enjoy while sitting in the morning sun, watching my dogs happily scamper around the yard. But even if you have to get up early, don’t have much time, and want to grab a quick bite before heading out the door, this smoothie makes everything better. In short, there are many situations where this simple yet delicious recipe really shines.
I created this recipe in collaboration with Smekk.

The Recipe
Ingredients: (serves 2)
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp cake factor
- 150 g (frozen) blueberries
- 2 tsp salade de fleurs
Preparation: (10 minutes)
To make blending easier, place the softer ingredients (banana, yogurt) at the bottom and the harder ones (frozen berries) on top.
- Put everything in a good blender.
- Let's blend!
- Serve in a pretty bowl and garnish with extra blueberries and the flowers.
Enjoy your meal!

Zoë, what should I do with the leftover ingredients?
- Greek yogurt
This acai and chocolate smoothie is a great way to use up leftover Greek yogurt. A little yogurt with this speculaas crumble is definitely something you should try sometime.
- Peanut Butter
Use the peanut butter in these chocolate and peanut butter tartlets or this chocolate smoothie.
- Blueberries
To top off these banana pancakes with buckwheat or in this breakfast dish with berries and chocolate, you can use up the leftover berries in plenty of delicious ways.
