I know, I say this every year, but so far, 2023 has been the craziest year of my life. I grew up studying math, French, and physics, but after graduating, I decided to pursue what I truly love: cooking and art—at a level that touches people deep in their hearts. I’ve traveled to Italy and Germany. I spent a large part of my vacation at the hotel school in Koksijde, and after that, I practically moved to Bruges for my Culinary Arts program. 

If you really want something, you can do more than just what seems possible.  

May 2024 be a year of learning, where the seeds planted in the ground may grow into a beautiful field of flowers. And may this palette of colors brighten up the world!
