Wrap with salmon, bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes

The combination of pointed bell peppers with pickles, sun-dried tomatoes, and salmon might not sound as appealing as banana and chocolate, but trust me, that’s completely unfounded. The flavors are completely different, but they magically go together incredibly well. This results in a hearty and healthy meal. For example, the pointed bell pepper provides a good dose of vitamins E and K. It also contains a large amount of vitamin C and is packed with antioxidants. The wrap comes together super fast and is therefore the ideal meal for a busy day.
Ingredients: ( per warp)
- 1 wrap
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- 1/2 pointed bell pepper
- 40 g pickle
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation: (10 minutes)
- Place the smoked salmon on one half of the wrap.
- Peel the pointed bell pepper.
- Cut the pointed bell pepper, pickle, and sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
- Place them on top of the salmon and fold the wrap closed.
- Repeat this for the number of people you're cooking for. 1 wrap = 1 person
Enjoy your meal!
