Quick Salad with 6 Ingredients

A salad that takes just 10 minutes to make and is made with ingredients you probably already have on hand. Isn't that great?! And if you don't have them, it's high time to pop to the store because you'll definitely want to make this dish! 😉
Here, we finish our salad with flaxseed oil. As the name suggests, this oil is made from flaxseeds—the seeds of the flax plant.1These seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. With its nutty flavor, flaxseed oil offers an interesting alternative to the familiar olive oil.
The oil cannot withstand high temperatures because it will oxidize. This causes it to form bonds with oxygen, resulting in the production of substances that are harmful to health.2However, for cold preparations, flaxseed oil can serve as a versatile and healthy flavor enhancer.
