Refreshing Egg Salad (Without Mayonnaise)

We’re going to give the classic egg salad a fresh twist. We’ll leave the mayonnaise on the shelf and swap it out for skyr. But I promise you, you won’t miss it. The garam masala, curry powder, and chicory give a spicy and innovative twist to the classic egg salad. Eggs are a good source of protein and, among other things, vitamin B12, which is necessary for the production of red blood cells. Garam masala is an Indian spice blend containing, among other things, coriander seeds, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and cardamom. It’s perfect on a sandwich, toast, or cracker. And best of all, it takes almost no effort!
