Summer Drink with Grapefruit and Strawberries (Non-Alcoholic)

I have some good news! I graduated!! To celebrate, I’m sharing a super delicious and festive drink. It’s also the perfect refreshment on a warm summer evening. Bring on those lovely summer temperatures!
We all know that drinking enough water is important. But for many people, the idea that drinking water doesn’t have to be boring at all is a fresh take. That’s why we’re going to make a delicious, refreshing drink right now. And yes, it’s alcohol-free!
You might not expect it, but our brains are 75% water. Even mild dehydration can therefore have a significant effect. For example, dehydration amounting to 1–3% of body weight can already lead to impaired short-term memory. Concentration also decreases when your brain doesn’t get enough fluids.1
Drinking enough water is also important for maintaining your energy levels. It also affects your mood. Even if you’re just 1% dehydrated—based on your body weight—your mood is already negatively affected.2 So there are plenty of reasons to give this drink a try!
