Heartwarming Oatmeal "
" with Chocolate

I like to have oatmeal for breakfast. Not only does it make you feel full, but it’s also very healthy. The Greeks and Romans used to use oatmeal as medicine. They were convinced that it had healing properties. It has since been shown that this grain boosts our immune system. Key immune cells are activated, helping us better defend ourselves against cancer. Oats are high in protein and also rich in fiber. This promotes healthy gut function and reduces the risk of inflammatory conditions and infections. In addition, it lowers the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
