Ice cream pralines with blueberry filling

Ingredients:

  • blueberry jam (see previous post)
  • 80 g chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • extra: praline molds

Preparation:

  1. Melt half of the chocolate and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
  2. Fill the molds 1/3 full with the chocolate mixture and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate and coconut oil.
  4. Fill the molds with the jam until they are 2/3 full.
  5. Next, pour the melted chocolate into the molds.
  6. Now let them set in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  7. Store them in the freezer, if there are any left 😉
