Ice cream pralines with blueberry filling
Ingredients:
- blueberry jam (see previous post)
- 80 g chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- extra: praline molds

Preparation:
- Melt half of the chocolate and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
- Fill the molds 1/3 full with the chocolate mixture and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate and coconut oil.
- Fill the molds with the jam until they are 2/3 full.
- Next, pour the melted chocolate into the molds.
- Now let them set in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Store them in the freezer, if there are any left 😉
