Cookies with peanut filling

These cookies are super delicious and contain no refined sugar. To sweeten them, we use dates in the filling. Dates are a fruit with anti-inflammatory properties and a high antioxidant content. They’re also rich in vitamin A, which helps protect the eyes, promotes healthy skin, and supports overall immunity. Dates also contain vitamin B1, which is part of an enzyme essential for energy production in the brain and plays a role in the transmission of nerve impulses in the peripheral nervous system (that is, everywhere except the spinal cord and brain). They also contain vitamin B2, which plays a role in the regeneration of a substance that neutralizes toxins, foreign substances, and free radicals. Finally, they contain potassium, which is important for maintaining the proper balance of fluid inside and outside cells, muscle contraction, and the transmission of nerve impulses. Nothing but good things!
