A week as an intern: the cold kitchen, two teachers come to visit, and the deadline for my final project

I worked on the cold side of the kitchen for the first time; two instructors came to visit the restaurant, and in the meantime, I’m working day and night on my final project. Fortunately, the weather is on our side, though that might not be a logical consequence of the story about how I once improvised a menu for fifteen nuns in a convent. I’ll also explain how I managed to pull that off.
