Part 2: Zoë’s Healthy Life 2-Year Anniversary Celebration
Oatmeal Cookies with Raisins

Good stories and good food go hand in hand. That’s why so many dishes show up in fairy tales. Often, the recipe remains a mystery, but since today is a holiday, I’m sharing it with you. 😉 Enjoy!

Ingredients: (12 cookies)
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g chocolate
- 25 grapes
Preparation: (30 minutes of cooking fun + 10 minutes in the oven)
- Preheat the oven to 150°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour, rolled oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small saucepan and add it to the mixture.
- Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Mix well.
- Chop the chocolate into pieces and add it to the mixture.
- Stir it one more time.
- Cut the grapes in half and try to remove as many seeds as possible.
- Take some of the dough in your hands and shape it into cookies. Then place 3 to 4 grape halves on top and press them in firmly. This is easiest if you hold the cookie in your hand.
- Repeat this until you've used up all the dough.
- Place the cookies on the baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool a little longer.
Enjoy your meal!
