Oatmeal Cookies with Raisins

Part 2: Zoë’s Healthy Life 2-Year Anniversary Celebration

Oatmeal Cookies with Raisins

Good stories and good food go hand in hand. That’s why so many dishes show up in fairy tales. Often, the recipe remains a mystery, but since today is a holiday, I’m sharing it with you. 😉 Enjoy!

Ingredients: (12 cookies)

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 25 grapes

Preparation: (30 minutes of cooking fun + 10 minutes in the oven)

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the almond flour, rolled oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small saucepan and add it to the mixture.
  4. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Chop the chocolate into pieces and add it to the mixture.
  7. Stir it one more time.
  8. Cut the grapes in half and try to remove as many seeds as possible.
  9. Take some of the dough in your hands and shape it into cookies. Then place 3 to 4 grape halves on top and press them in firmly. This is easiest if you hold the cookie in your hand.
  10. Repeat this until you've used up all the dough.
  11. Place the cookies on the baking sheet.
  12. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10 minutes.
  13. Let the cookies cool a little longer.

Enjoy your meal!
